Gary was nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year and his Song No More Everyday Blues was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2012 Jersey Acoustic Music Awards.

In addition to guitar Gary also plays the Ukelele, Cajon and Steel Pan

Gary began performing at the age of 6, often singing unaccompanied. He played with various rock bands and in the 60’s and 70’s in Northern New Jersey and Queens, NY. Later in the 70’s he ventured out on his own, mixing the folk music of his early youth with the rock playing at area colleges, including Fairfield University, William Paterson College, Wagner College.
Gary has performed with many top artists including Harry Chapin, Ben E King, Darlene Love, Doyle Grisham, Peter Mayer, Jax, Jason Mraz, Rob Thomas and Don McLean.
While he performs mostly in New Jersey, he has performed from New England to Key West.He has graced such stages as The Count Basie Theater, Red Bank, NJ, The NJ Pac, Margaritaville, Ocho Rios and The Land Shark Bar and Grille, Atlantic City.
He has performed inIreland and Scotland touring with Brent Burns and will again be joining Brent on a tour of Italy in October 2018
Gary plays all genres of music but is known for playing a style known as Trop Rock, a combination of Rock, Southern Rock, and Country music all with a Tropical feel, he covers numerous artists from the 50 through the present, with a summery sound.
